Terms and Limitations
These terms govern use of the Black Summit Holdings LLC website and any direct digital-product or professional-service transaction. A specific product description, service scope, license, or written agreement may add to these terms.
Product-specific licenses control
Digital products are licensed for defined use, not sold as unrestricted intellectual property. The license supplied with a product controls when it differs from these general terms. Depending on the product, permitted use may be limited to an individual or household, one property, one business, an internal organizational team, a consultant practice, defined client deliverables, a government organization, or the components of a bundle.
Unless expressly granted by the applicable license, the purchaser may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, sublicense, transfer reusable source files, remove ownership notices, white label the materials, or represent that the purchaser created Black Summit Holdings materials.
These restrictions do not prohibit legitimate use the applicable product was designed and licensed to support. Consultant work, client deliverables, multi-property use, team use, or organizational use is permitted only when the product-specific license says so.
Payments and card information
When direct purchasing is offered, payment is processed through Stripe-hosted Checkout or an approved Stripe Payment Link. Black Summit Holdings does not collect full payment-card details on this website. Pricing, applicable taxes, purchase frequency, customer email collection, delivery terms, and the product or service being purchased must be shown before payment.
Digital delivery
The delivery method and timing stated on the applicable product page or checkout control. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate, accessible email address, checking filtered or junk-mail folders, protecting delivered files, and contacting Black Summit Holdings when delivery or access fails.
Professional services
No professional engagement begins from a general website inquiry alone. Services require an accepted scope or written agreement defining the customer, authorized materials, deliverables, exclusions, payment sequence, intake, information handling, revisions, delivery, and the point at which substantive work begins.
Professional boundaries
Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, Black Summit Holdings is not acting as a law firm, insurer, insurance broker, certified regulatory auditor, OSHA compliance authority, forensic laboratory, law-enforcement agency, compliance certification body, or universal industry expert. Products and services do not guarantee safety, security, legal sufficiency, regulatory compliance, insurance treatment, contract award, operational adoption, or incident prevention.
Customer authorization and responsibility
Customers must use products and services lawfully, have authority to provide any submitted material, follow the applicable license, secure delivered and completed files, and remain responsible for implementation, approvals, training, legal and regulatory decisions, signatures, submissions, and independent professional review where appropriate.
Refunds, cancellations, and support
The published Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to direct transactions. Billing, delivery, license, or support concerns should be sent to [email protected] without including card numbers, credentials, identity documents, controlled information, or sensitive operational records.
